Key Successes vs Challenges
While at Disney there was a lot to learn. The training in itself was a 45 hour program before you were even able to be on your own in the parks. From this i learned what it takes to be successful in a Fortune 50 company. I also learned skills such as time management, organization, and communication that i will be sure to use in my future endevors.
Expectations vs Reality
Going into this program i was very excited because i was going to get the best training is customer service and guest relations. I also thought that i would learn a lot about being a leader and how to be successful. Looking back, i feel that i accomplished all i wanted to. I was able to get the training from developmental meetings with my managers, online classes, and lectures along with hands on experiance in the parks communicating with guests.
