The program is coming to an end and I feel that I gained a lot of experience and education from it. It is the mission of Penn State to promote educational development in their students. Furthermore, it is the goal of COMM 495 to provide a work related environment that forces critical thinking, observation, and reflection that foster intellectual, personal and professional growth of the student. In the three months at Disney, I was able to not only accomplish my learning objectives, but had many educational as well as hands on related events that promoted my intellectual as well as professional development. While at Disney, I participated in several seminars, e-leaning courses, networking events, as well as volunteer events that enabled me to become a better communicator, more distinct leader, and most importantly as overall, well-rounded individual.
